Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Nibbo is operated by Toolvora, Brazil ("we"). We are the data controller. Contact: hello@nibbo.app.
2. Data we collect
Email address and account details; display name; group membership; your swipes, favorites and meal plans; the diet, allergen and mood preferences you choose; basic technical data (device, browser, IP address, error logs). We do not collect payment card details.
3. Why we use it and our legal basis
To run the app and your account (contract); to keep the service secure and fix bugs (legitimate interests); to send service emails and, if you join the waitlist, product updates you asked for (consent, which you can withdraw anytime); to comply with law. Diet and allergen choices are used only to filter recipes for you.
4. Payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle collects and processes your payment data under its own privacy policy. We only receive limited information about your purchase (such as subscription status).
5. Who we share data with
Service providers that host and run Nibbo (our backend and hosting provider), Paddle for payments, and an email provider for service messages. We never sell your personal data.
6. International transfers
Your data may be processed outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards.
7. Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except what we must keep by law.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR, UK GDPR, LGPD and CCPA), you can access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, and complain to your data protection authority. Email hello@nibbo.app and we will respond within 30 days.
9. Cookies and local storage
We use only what is needed for login and preferences. No advertising cookies.
10. Children
Nibbo is not directed to children under 13 (or the higher minimum age in your country). Do not use it if you are below that age.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures. No system is 100% secure.
12. Changes
We will update the date above and notify you of material changes.
