Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By using Nibbo you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
2. The service
Nibbo helps you decide what to cook using recipe ideas, filters and group swiping. Solo mode is free. Some features require a paid subscription (Nibbo Pro).
3. Accounts and groups
You are responsible for your account and for what happens in groups you create. Keep your login private and your information accurate. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to break or overload it, scrape it, resell it, or use it for anything unlawful.
5. Food safety and allergies
Recipes and filters are for general inspiration only. Allergen and diet labels may contain errors. Always check every ingredient and package label yourself, especially if you have a serious allergy or medical condition. Follow safe cooking practices and temperatures. We are not responsible for reactions, illness or injury from food you prepare.
6. Subscriptions and payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Nibbo Pro renews automatically each billing period at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may include taxes calculated by Paddle. Paddle's buyer terms also apply.
7. Refunds

8. Intellectual property
Nibbo, its design, code and original recipes belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use the service. You may not copy or redistribute our content commercially.
9. Your content
You keep ownership of what you submit (such as group names). You give us a license to store and display it only to run the service.
10. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We try to keep Nibbo running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
11. Termination
You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.
12. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
14. Governing law
The laws of Brazil, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
15. Changes to these Terms
We will update the date above and notify you of material changes.
